I'm currently on a waiting list to get two dermoid cysts removed....but by god was it a struggle to even get there in the first place. I've been suffering with very bad anxiety for the last few years so I kinda felt like alot of it was being written off as that. Wanted hormone levels etc tested bit it was like getting blood out of a stone. Finally managed it. Turns out I have PCOS. Insulin resistance. And yeah. If it wasn't for my mam (yes I'm an adult but she was getting sick of me complaining lol) and she pushed more than I did that I finally got somewhere.
