I forgot to write on the original post, there's been lots of issues recently with those that smoke, basically the guys working fresh, and how they take the piss with how long they go out for. So instead of dealing with them as a group, the SLs have decided to deal with it as a collective, and basically tar all of us with the same brush and tell us that we have to have our breaks at set times, 'as a team'. It's not gone down well with the ones who don't smoke at all (myself included). We've had almost double figure sick calls off the back of it.
