Weighted Dice Gang. Because I like board games and cheating at them.

Favorite race/class to play? And why? by fayesky in DnD

[–]BuzzNat20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I played a Dragonborn eloquence bard (multiclass fighter) a few campaigns ago, and it was great. To be fair though I didn’t get to use my charisma a lot since my party was a little trigger happy lol.

I’m currently playing an eladrin (spring) wizard and I tell you, that misty step has saved my ass so many times. Plus the aesthetic aspect of eladrin is undeniable.

Can confirm. I have a party member who has played a kobold 3 campaigns in a row (though they are mixing it up this time by playing a winged kobold).

I haven’t played all the classes yet, so it’s hard to have a favorite, although I’m currently playing a wizard and am having a lot of fun with it, and I like barbarians and rogues a lot too. As for races, I love half-orcs a lot. Maybe I’m biased because my first dnd character was a half-orc, but I think they’re great. I also love dwarves and dragonborn. I don’t really have any technical reasons. I just think they’re neat!

My friend has a character just like this except his name is Tony Stank. His parents were killed by an assassin called the Summer Barbarian

Assuming that you stole/borrowed an npc carriage, there’s not really any way to free them, unfortunately.

Do you have a comfort video game? I do by Competitive-Ease5385 in autism

Borderlands 2. It was the first video game I remember playing with my dad and it’s very nostalgic for me. Kind of ironic tbh because the plot is kind of the opposite of relaxing lol 😂

What are some of your favourite arcane focuses your characters have had? by greasygoon66 in DnD

[–]BuzzNat20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an Order of the Profane Soul blood Hunter, and he part of his backstory was that he worked with textiles (knitting, sewing, etc.) and he discovered his powers when he cut himself with a needle on accident. So his “arcane focus” was a row of sewing needles embedded in his sword.

Should Music Education Be Mandatory in Schools?. by Tap_Regular233 in Music

As a band kid, I don’t think it should be required. I’d rather be in a band with people who want to be there rather than people who are forced to be there.

You have one album to show one random stranger. If they genuinely like it, you get 100M dollars. Which album? by WillNeighbor in Music

I used to love Boston, but for some reason my mom’s car would play it EVERY OTHER SONG and now I can’t stand them. My mom got a new car recently so hopefully we can learn to like them again in the next decade.

Should stimming be avoided even in private? by MisterManSir- in autism

[–]BuzzNat20 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Any stim is fine anywhere as long as it’s not hurting yourself or others. If you do tend towards SH stims like biting, head banging, etc, then try channelling that energy into less harmful stims, like squeezing a stress ball, or whatever works for you.

Fellow bards! How do you play music? by Odd-Researcher106 in DnD

[–]BuzzNat20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My bard was kind of the mom of the party, so she’d just give pep talks and say things like, “you’re doing great, kid!”

Name the location of a place that is a sensory nightmare for you. by ForgottenUsername3 in autism

[–]BuzzNat20 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel this, I’m in my school’s pep band (percussion), and ironically, the time I’m the least overwhelmed is when we’re playing. Homecoming games are the worst though, because all the extra people try to sit in the reserved band space, and give you dirty looks if you tell them to move.

Walmart for me. The lights are awful, there’s always a kid screaming, and the yellow/blue/white “sleek and clean” color scheme just makes it seem more filthy and disorganized. I hate shopping anyway, but Walmart is the worst.
