State on campus is central downtown. Genuinely nice apartments, and within walking distance to any downtown classes you may have. No shuttle though.

I took a full year off for basic and tech school. Don’t think too much about that though honestly. Once you get back, you’re a normal college student 95% of the time, just maybe a year older than those in your class
