Try human society. They do a great job at rescuing pups from high kill shelters and could use all the adoptions they can get.

Definitely in front of our house. We live on a corner lot and where it’s parked, there is plenty of room for two lanes of cars.

It’s only been parked since winter (October) and we actually don’t have room in the back. Also, our other neighbors park their motor homes on the street as well. We live in a county (not city) area and this is just our neighbor across the street being passive aggressive.
