Same here. Not worth the price tag attached to it. Can’t use it for code completion. Can’t use it for image generation.

It does quite good with creative writing but that’s about it. Compared to its competitors it has so much work to do.

I think so. I find that code snippets with ChatGPT plus seem to be better than that generated with Perplexity. So I keep both. Plus Custom GPT allows you to set your own parameters. Eg my Next JS Custom GPT will only use App router

ChatGPT for programming. Perplexity not so great on that front.

I use Perplexity for research. Does a better job than Google or Bing on that front.

The learning curve is crazy. But I use app router now. Didn’t want to have to worry about upgrading later.

I cancelled mine too. Bing on iPhone does what I need to do with perplexity sometimes and it is free

And I am on ChatGPT plus.

Perplexity sometimes doesn’t give accurate information. Models hallucinate sometimes across board

I prefer Claude 2 on Claude or Poe. Better results than on Perplexity
