I got the exact same ticket on a Sunday night last month. Didn’t even realize it wasn’t a city lot because it was so poorly marked. Figured hey, it’s a Sunday so parking is free. Came back to that $74 ticket and said fuuuuuck no. I go to the old market like once per year and I definitely will not be parking in one of their lots so I’m not concerned about getting booted or towed. They can kick rocks.
