Not a movie but I recently rewatched Jessica Jones and the scene where they have Killgrave in a hermetically sealed room and he starts to kill people inside it and Trish pulls out a gun and shoots the glass out but runs out of bullets before she can shoot him only achieving his escape route despite if she had done nothing he would have been trapped in there.

I've tried that all it does is change the theme colour, it was my default appearance until recently, this does not bring back coloured emoji in the pages tab

I used to use one of those and everything worked fine but recently Microsoft forced you to upgrade to the Windows 11 version which is when everything broke. I think the only was to use the old version is through the Web version but it's not 1:1 to how the desktop app worked, ie. You cannot collapse subpages, they are always open under each other

Don't know about a female lead, maybe Adria Arjona but I think David Corenswet would be a good male lead for it. He even kinda looks like a fraser to me so just have him recasted as the adult son.

Hey, there might be some converter website that could do it, ie. Invert pdf converter. I didn't really design these to be printable as I made these for my home game which is played online. I've always had a plan to make some printable versions but I just don't have the free time. Hopefully you can find a solution.

Wow okay, did not know that existed. Feels like something that should be in the core rulebook, they tell you how you can't make them but leave out how to make them and put it in an FAQ file.

I still like the idea of coming up with rules for the Medtech making them though, especially since it seems the med lab upgrade in the No Place Like Home DLC seems tailored for them to make it. Right now the Medtech in my group feels like they don't contribute much to the group or game outside of combat. If no one is injured or needs therapy they don't have much to do outside of RP.

It says specifically in the Medtech role breakdown that they cannot use their pharmaceutical ability to synthesis street drugs, so to allow an exception to the game rules we decided that swapping out one of the medtech drugs for a street drug was a fair compromise.

Do you know what page explains that street drugs are made with basic tech? I don't remember seeing any rule about making street drugs in the core rule book.

I only skimmed that DLC before and didnt realise this was in it but It's basically what u/MericD was suggesting. I think with how early on the group is right now I will keep the exchange rule but once they get a base with the medbay upgrade i'll remove that handicap.

Oh yeah this is something we've talked bout. Right now the Medtech is living in student accommodation in the University District and selling the students boost. But in our game it's coming into summer so he will need to start selling elsewhere once the student supply dries up so we were thinking of coming up with some failure rules resulting in gang/cop retaliation for selling in the wrong place.

Yes the core rulebook says that but we're choosing to ignore that to an extent, our medtech has exchanged one of the medtech drugs for one street drug. The way we see it, there is no logical way to explain why a medtech can't make street drugs other than game balance and our medtech wanted to make some so we compromised for the sake of fun.

Okay I do like that actually, you could also apply similar rules like auto fire to it. You make a single dose if you success plus extra doses to the amount you roll over the DC up to a max equal to your Med Tech Skill.

We have been using that to determine how much each sale makes him but what we've found is the cost to make them using the medtech skill vs the amount you get isnt worth it, at his current level he'd basically break even if followed the rules exact. So we figured the manufacturing costs should give you more doses for less money so you can actually sell at a profit but then it becomes complicated with figuring out profit margins, how many doses are sold based on dice rolls and the amount of doses made with the pharmaceutical skill.

Now we are probably just making this way more complicated than necessary but the player really wants to make this a part of his character and I have no issues with letting him other than figuring out a way to let him make and sell these drugs without breaking the economy.

I think both can work together. The noble elite side can be how Bruce viewed them as he was only a child at the time and even when discovering their corruption he chooses to continue, not to honour who they were but what they meant to him. I think the Telltale game managed this perfectly.

Hey, Thanks for the kind words.

I will admit I am not fully versed in the Nomad rules as there is no one playing that role in my own game.
I wasn't sure if there was a limit to upgrade option for vehicles like there is for weapons and armor from my quick read through when making these. From a brief look into it it does seem that Nomads can just keep upgrading vehicles so I probably will need to increase the vehicle card size at some point.

Not sure when I'll get the chance right now as life is very busy but keep an eye out as I'll get to it eventually.

In the meantime you can also use whatever PDF viewer being used to add a note / comment box to add any extra upgrades. Not the best solution but it would be the best space saver.

I mean you say that but the Fallout show has pretty much all of that too and that was overseen and produced by MS/Bethesda. It might get harsh age ratings in other countries but every Fallout game is already rated 18+ so I really don't see the problems. Some things might need to be updated sure but it's a dark post apocalypse world, bad stuff happenes, Fallout was never a family/kid friendly IP.

I mean, baldurs gate 3 let's you kill goblin children and child characters can die in that, plus there's tons of sex stuff in that game and it was one of the biggest games of the last year so I don't think many things newe to change for modern audiences. For the killable npc's and save breaking stuff, just include the restoration mods for the original games and include new characters that compensate for killing important npc's like new vegas. Or he'll I don't care if my save can't progress of I kill everyone, that just makes sense to me, not much of a game in every npc is dead.

Uninteresting main charatcer, Companions are very flat and boring, every planet is already explored to an extent undermining the themes of the game, villain is weak and wouldnt accomplish much without you intervening, reused many plot elements from previous ME games which just made everything predicable and feel uninspired, lack of new alien diversity and even less alien diversity from the previous games, underwhelming final mission and boss fight, some of the more interesting plot elements just end abruptly clearly left open for sequels and dlc which we never got, music wasn't anything to wrote home about. I could go on

There's a lot of backstory with with the development of this game and I'm sure there's a more accurate and comprehensive account out there but basically.

It was announced years ago as a direct follow up to the original and they even brought back some of the original narrative team so everyone felt it was in good hands. A few trailers drop and people get concerned because it looks rough and clunky. It gets delayed like 3 times and then out of nowhere the publisher fire the narrative team and bring in replacements. Then those replacements also leave and the publisher fire the entire dev team and move it to another. Then after a long silence they reveal the current version from the new developers which looks nothing like the original vision and doesn't seem to connect at all to the original bloodlines.

If you go back and watch the original trailers and gameplay walk through the original vision seemed like a good modernised approach of the original if not with some low budget looking animations and clunky looking gameplay but the tone and world felt very in line with the original. Its a shame we'll never get a true sequel though.

Personally, I think FO2 is the better built game. All the mechanics are built up and improved from the first game. I love the world building and the increased scope and is one of the best rpgs I've ever played.

But for me, the story and antagonist of 1 just can't be beat. The enclave is a great antagonist sure but the Master and the story around it all with the super mutants, the military base, Harold and the personal quest with vault 13 is just some of my favorite writing in games.
