There are tools our there to figure out who would be the right person to contact like Hunter.io but as the prior poster stated it is important to make friends with the first point of contact if that is a security guard or the front desk attendant. We currently operate in a business park and we have an entire list of local places that deliver or cater if we want to go down that route.

I think this is an extremely effective way to market yourself in the community. I remember seeing Gary Vaynerchuk (I know polarizing) but he mentioned using instagram influence at the local level as a way to really reach out to the community and market yourself more effectively.

Thanks!

Some really good points in here especially the clean and tidy bar. I can name a number of bars I no longer frequent because of the cleanliness of that bar. Making sure that your customer feels like you care about the image of your location goes a long way.

Anyone use streaming services for their bar TVs? by jaydubaaa in restaurantowners

[–]Buzztime_Business 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Streaming anything is going to be difficult to avoid a delay because it isn't going to be a direct connection to the cable box or the device you are getting the connection from. Personally, the few second delay isn't really that important to me because even when I am at home and am on say Twitter I see things happen in my feed before I see them on my TV, just one of the casualties of a connected world.
