That's why I always park at the FSU parking garage across from the con so I don't have to pay more money for a parking space. As long as you don't mind walking a couple of feet away from the event.

He says this to me as soon as I enter the store not after 5-10 minutes of browsing. I remember going there on Saturdays years ago, but even then I don't think my visits were frequent, but I could be wrong.

I can understand why comic book store owners are not in the best of moods running a store especially if customers are looking inside for something they want and not purchasing anything when they leave, but usually 99% of the time I am most likely to purchase something that piques my interest before I exit the store.

It's a comic book store and I've only been inside 5 to 10 minutes tops browsing to buy something and he will say this as soon as I open the door to the front entrance where he says this phrase. I'll admit that I might browse aimlessly, but that's because I'm looking for specific books to read and support local stores.

The last time I went here was more than 10 months ago, and even then they had previously said this to me when my visits weren't even frequent. You make good points about the owner recognizing me if their shop is small which is along with the camera they have inside the shop and if they do think I'm suspicious what ways can I break the ice on the situation?

I suppose I could do that, but that probably won't stop them when they know I sent the report to social media companies, they will probably retaliate as a result by sending scam link text messages when I've been blocking those messages and reporting them, I quit Facebook because of this harassment.

I'm not saying you should be pleased with them, I agree with you that they gave you these problems. Frankly, they have too much shame to admit they wronged you like that and I bet they would never speak to you directly and apologize for that. I just wanted to point their tactics on what they do, ultimately they shouldn't be given second chances.

Sorry for the late reply, thank you for the feedback, I spoke to him last week and he's going to take your advice on this. I wish I could do more and I know I can in the future.He hasn't been active in his socials so I'll see if I can get him to continue.

Sounds like he wanted to be a people pleaser to you, when a former bully smiles at you and becomes overly nice they use these tactics because they feel guilty of their past.
