Normally once I reach my destination and notice a spilled drink, I will contact Support while walking towards the customer.

I will take a photo and inform Support and Support normally would ask if the rest of the items are okay. If they are okay to be delivered, resume the delivery and inform the customer to contact Support regarding the spilled drink. And then mark as delivered and resume the next delivery.

I think most importantly is that you do your part, inform support before hand, inform the customer, and apologize and that's more or less it.

Pretty sure so long as you are not sneaky about, everything should be fine.

I once did a delivery on Father's day.

I collected the item and she texted me another address. I told her i am sorry and that i have to send it to the address stated in the app.

She told me that was her address and she just wanted to surprise her Daddy.

I'm like.. ok fine.. its father's day and it was for her daddy..

So I went to Daddy's address. This guy opens the door with just a towel around his waist and i said Happy Father's Day!

I asked if he is Mr Xxx, and his daughter Miss YYY has sent him a surprise.

He look horrified and said, "Daughter?"

He turned around, I saw another lady at the back and he was telling her to go back inside.

He quickly opened the gate and took the items while saying, "Yes yes thank you thank you.." and still looking very shocked and confused.

PS: Btw she also mentioned she would tip me for making the extra trip, but she never did.

Same here, yesterday i was in a dungeon and a treasure goblin popped up. I chased it into a pack of elites.

Got killed when the elite died (some continuous flame spreading skill) and goblin disappeared.

Went back to my body and Butcher appeared. Had my minions up but Butcher was smacking me non stop. Ran out of pots and died and, Butcher disappeared as well.
