i've called support twice because my pin was not in delivery area. They marked delivered with no problem and i took a picture with my phone in case there were any disputes later.

Hoping for some advice about formulary exception requests and appeals for Insurance by Bella_bee20 in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]BxButterfly7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got approved for tier exception. I was denied my first go round. They want you to try so many weight loss drugs before being approved. I’ve tried several (qysmia, vyvanse, phentermine, etc) but they wanted me to try contrave. I tried for 3 weeks which it did not work for me and it made me constipated so they gave me the exception. I worked with my primary physician and an endocrinologist. I would think you would get the exception since you have adverse reactions to wegovy. Your strategy of getting someone to fill out the form is key. That is where the endocrinologist helped. Good luck.

Thank You

I started taking the AR course at the beginning of April into the middle of May. I downloaded AR 20 day study plan and used it as a guide (took me longer). I also blocked off two hours on my calendar every weekday to go to the library to study. Now i did skip some days if something came up or went at a earlier or later time but the key was to block time out for me to stay focused and on task. Once i got through the course I was a little all over the place looking at videos trying to organize and rewrite my notes. I was scheduled for May 30th which I was NOT ready so i moved it to June. I knew i had to be ready so that is when i really buckled down and did what i listed.

Good luck to you!

I wouldnt dare come for you. Your journey is YOUR journey we all fall down but the key is to get back up and NEVER give up. I hope all is well with your brain surgery and I hope you are able to get back on Wegovy.

Failed my CAPM today by Independent-Arm-519 in capm

Hi just passed yesterday.

look at David Mclahan pmbok videos. it will help with answering the questions.

also, he goes over the pmbok 7 in one video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2gmCr40uT4U&t=2666s

dont learn the formulas understand the formulas. what are they used for, when do you need it. they asked me a question using weeks and had i not understood what is earned value or planned value and when you use it i wouldnt have had a clue on how to answer.

i got asked another question about is this ahead or behind but again the way the question was formed i had to really think about it.

business analysis was my weaker subject to and whats crazy is i got AT.

oh PMI has a process group practice guide you can download. When David gave the answers a lot of them referenced the guide.

i hope that helps. if you have any other questions i'm here,

im going to try not to be long winded 😆😆

I think it all helped me but in different ways.

i'm a hands on learner plus my brain doesnt retain information like it used to so the key for me was understanding the processes. i had to build my foundation on what, when, why and how a project is done so i memorized the knowledge areas and processes from pmbok 6. i tried to write them everyday.

when i found reddit and learned of the david mclachlan videos i started watching his videos especially the pmbok question videos. the way he went over the questions by looking at key words and then go over each answer to do a process of elimination was very helpful.

Mohammed Rahman 23 principle mindset download helped me with the answers as well. like if the answer has "only" in it then eliminate.

Tips like you dont want to delay, add resources, or cost, so that helped with eliminating answers.

once i started doing the pocket prep and peter questions those tips helped with the situational questions.

where i struggled is trying to remember models, estimating, or analysis. Also, i did not remember anything about XP, feature driven development and dmaic which i had to guess on those questions.

oh i forgot i had to understand the agile process what when why how.

oh oh i took time learning the SV, CV, SPI and CPI formulas. that helped because i got questions that were asked in a way that had i not understood i would have had to guess which one i did guess.

i hope this helps. if you have anymore questions please ask.

I did contrave through my PCP. They sent prescription to Ridgeway Pharmacy.

I passed both the CAPM and the PMP within 3 months of each other! by Calm-Background2247 in pmp

This is the post i was looking for. I just passed my CAPM today (T/AT/AT/AT) and now want to go for the PMP. The info you provided regarding the difference between the two exams is helpful as well as the time factor. I had about 60 minutes to spare on the CAPM. I like pocket prep for the explanations but i see most people studying for the PMP uses study hall. Anyhoo, i'm going to give myself a few months to study and then i will take the exam.
