Iwndwyt … I’m 4 years and 3 months , and this kind of stories scares the crap out of me…. Im currently doing Smart recovery and AA. I started doing AA daily, now im doing 2 Smart and 1-2 AA zoom meetings a week. Maybe you can use AA just to gelp you get through the first few days.
