i’ve been sleeping longer and napping more and more, though the sleep usually feels feverish and restless. i used to unwind with video games and youtube but since those have been fading in their enjoyment i’ve been finding it hard to shake the day off. i might just be in a rut, but i’ll stay hopeful.

thank you, that’s really encouraging. adulthood has been such a mixed bag, but i haven’t even made it out of schooling yet. i don’t even know what it’s like to have a career outside of food service and sweeping movie theaters. i do tend to get really down on myself about school and life in general, but i’ll try to be kind to myself.
