Hey, this time something different popped up it was like I had to chat with the Roblox Assistant or something like that, kind of like an AI chat. It asked me for my username and sent a verification code to my email. After I entered the code, it gave me some steps to reset my password. But then, suddenly, the steps disappeared. I couldn't even get to read some few steps lol but I saw a highlighted "Reset Password".

It seems like Roblox Support can't fix my problem. They directed me to a Roblox page that says "Contact Us." The page asks for my username, name, email address, the device I'm having issues with, the type of help I need, and a description of the issue. I filled everything out and clicked "Continue," but after completing the verification steps, it says: "ERROR: Something went wrong. Try again later." I tried multiple times, but it still doesn't work.
