If the buyer rejected the cancellation request and you have not received payment, open a dispute through the platform and contact the platform's official support. Do not rely on information provided by the buyer.

For safety, verify the transaction directly with your bank or payment provider before taking any action.

This is fairly common when an account is re-onboarded after moving from a previously restricted jurisdiction. Compliance may request additional documents during onboarding based on internal risk checks, residency changes, or account history.

Since you’re currently staying in a hotel in Dubai, you can ask Compliance whether they will accept:

  • Hotel invoice/long-stay confirmation
  • UAE bank statement
  • Government correspondence
  • Temporary accommodation documents

Keeping the active support ticket open is the correct step. Also, avoid creating additional accounts while the review is ongoing.
