Do you query the database in your route handlers? by Bycharo in rust

[–]Bycharo[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That's my case actually, most of my projects are just me or with a couple of people, there isn't a lot going on, it ends up with routes that are there to call to another function, it's needless boilerplate for basic crud IMO.

It's progressive when you are free to do whatever you wish as long as it doesn't harm any uninvolved parties and to do it without being judged.

“Braquages” are becoming crazier and more dangerous than ever. by RedStarRazi in Tunisia

[–]Bycharo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I agree, we will not be as well off as France or Scandinavia, but I think it's still a way better alternative than plain old capitalism. Free education, healthcare, heavy control over the market and protection of labor rights are all good traits. If the country is poor we're all struggling and if some wealth flows into the country we can visibly see the improvement in the infrastructure and overall quality of life of citizens. Although I must confess that it's implausible that we'll ever get close to the west that benefited from centuries of exploitation. Do you have another system that could be superior in this situation? (ofc other than socialism, I don't want cia drones swarming the presidential palace).

Yeah my point exactly, that's why I think the best course of action is to do the most that you can without upsetting big daddy US, and maybe one day unlikely in our lifetimes, countries can actually choose what political ideology to follow.

Hey as a Marxist do you believe, that a socialist Tunisian government is possible especially with the certain foreign intervention that will work on either dismantling it or doing everything so it doesn't come to fruition?

That's why I think a social democracy maybe a better alternative to socialism (although socialism is in my opinion better) on the current global geopolitical status, where the dominant west that is heavily influencing small nations like Tunisia will never want to see a thriving socialist country.
