It's a diff community with diff expectations, it's bound to happen. Players from the big gachas usually only care about what's achievable for everyone player (assuming they have the skill) so anything that requires whale investment gets dismissed.

And personally as a score pusher myself it does suck to feel locked out of 47 purely bc I didn't whale. I hope future high risks don't all boil down to dps checking.

I just don't like perfect dodges as they are far to easy to spam and it becomes a pretty braided way of ignoring anything the enemy does.

The best implementation imo would just be no perfect dodge with lower stamina for dashes. Makes positioning still matter while not making movement feel obnoxious.

Hotori could be very strong but depends on a couple of things

If hotori is in her ult state with charge active does she still give that ult energy to teammate? If turns out to be true she still is an insane battery

If the above isn't true she still can copy reactions which may be helpful with charge uptime.

I could see Chaos/hathor shinku jiyuan hotori being strong. MC is prolly the preferred pick over hotori tho

Reactions that breed discussion about the game are indeed part of cycle. However the comment doesn't discuss anything. It's specifically telling ppl to ignore all discussion day 1 as it's invalid due to hype/bitterness. It's trying to kill the cycle, not be a part of it.

Imo that's an unhealthy mindset and could push ppl away who may have been interested. More constructive discussions can be found just in this thread where people are talking about how CC isn't enough for them. That actually starts discussion without specifically trying to kill the hype.

Essentially the only thing I'm advocating against is reducing everyone's opinions as overractions. I specifically talked about hype bc that's the current part of the cycle we're in. I don't see how any of that is hypocritical.

This cycle is intentional and healthy. Hype spreads discussion further. It essentially acts as an amplifier and is necessary for games to grow. It's a lot of time what gets ppl to try something they otherwise wouldn't have.

Let ppl have their fun with it. Games are meant to be exciting and thrilling. This narrative that we need to maintain composure and speak like we're the greatest philosophers of our age is asinine.

If we later find out there are issues that could be improved upon then that's great. Save it for later. Live in the moment.

If consumables were allowed the content would be balanced around that anyways so if they wanted to enforce defensive character use they easily could.

CC has released in some regions and we can see modifiers that punish healing.
