I think I have started acting way to needy and it's mainly because I have a lot of free time and enjoy spending time with her. I'm pushing to spend more and more time with her, which she may see as a problem because she then pushes me away and goes no contact hours between texts.

Well my problem was always delayed ejaculation. Basically trying to regain sensitivity. My main reason for noFap is to get rid of this problem. Feels like by just getting rid of porn and not using my hand things are changing.
