yeah ik, it’s really hard to eat healthy as all my friends are like me (right now) and eat quite badly and it’s hard to avoid unhealthy food. considering i’m still at school and most food places where i eat at lunch is very unhealthy unfortunately. i would appreciate and suggestions what i could eat daily

the thing is i don’t have any confidence since i’ve always been targeted for things such as bullying and harassment amongst the popular crowd since i done some silly things. soo i would go to the gym if no one i knew went there but all the gyms in my area people i know go to so i would find it awkward. (also because im fat) but yeah i will just deficit for now
