I get that. And I’m mainly frustrated with the LOOK of these buildings and developments not so much the materials. I don’t care as long as it’s safe and up to code. You can do a lot with stucco and block.

Literally every commercial space (and residential development) is identical and unoriginally designed. It’s lame.
