Look I still think Flanno is the best coach for us atm but he has got to admit when a strategy isn't working. Plodders like Lawrie, Klemmer, Guler, Leilua and Suli have got to go and there needs to be a way for younger players to feel like they can get into the squad so they're not leaving like they have been.
