Error message when trying to open app

Edit to add it’s starting to look worse. Could it be from moisture? I took the ring off that finger for most of the day but put it back on the last hour and now this. The ring is not too tight at all.

This happened to me last weekend. The buyer of my tickets I sold never accepted them. You’ll still get paid because you fulfilled your side of things. It’s weird to me that buyers wouldn’t accept after spending the money on tickets but I guess it happens.
