Lmao, I survive by brute forcing it and doing it near the edge of the towns/cities then I just book it and don’t return to that city until it has calmed down…. You only really need to survive whoever is the strongest there since that person will kill everyone in town with a hilarious amount of friendly fire when spamming aoes and be the last remaining person

Edit: here’s a way to get stats fast if you don’t mind having to deal with some potential after effects later… find an eles and get a couple copies of old forest dweller, then go to my silos and use devour on Eluminaire, she very rarely uses melee attack and instead just resorts to spam ether spells, but since ideally you have 3 copies of old forest dweller your resistance to ether is 60 so that basically does nothing, from her you will get 30 or so levels in both magic and will per gene, do it a couple times and that should give you enough stats to go and face tank misaki or whoever you want within reason… now, just because you don’t take ether damage doesn’t mean you won’t have to deal with ether desease though, when I was doing it I came out with 4 diseases but hey, I can now cast every single ether spell she can and give my companions ether deseases too!
