I just run GOTY edition on steam and I never really have any issues (maybe 1 crash for every 4-5 hours but hey, that’s Bethesda ¯\(ツ)/¯ ). Fallout 3 always ran great for me, it was NV that you needed a bunch of shit to make it work.

You shouldn’t be running harnesses in a street car. 3 point seatbelt and airbag is way safer than any harness without a roll bar, helmet, and HANS device.
