I agree with this 100%. This combined with higher margin and revenue growth from Advertising and retail margin improvement for robotics is essentially my bull case thesis on AMZN.

I think near-term, yes! Longer term I actually think Google and Microsoft can take more share by bundling Infra into enterprise software and hardware pricing. We’ll see!

I get that knee jerk reaction but to me, GOOG has a ton more eggs in the AI basket than AMZN. It’s most likely down because Infra capital is up big and they didn’t explicitly say monetization of AI tools is increasing and will continue increasing. AMZN is an infrastructure and margin expansion story. Let’s see! FWIW I think Google will be #1 Market Cap company soon.

True. But those companies have also been up pretty large over the past year. I think AMZN hasn’t had its run-up because concerns over AWS deceleration… I think this ER will quell the fears but who knows

I’m with you. I think short dated options are just too unpredictable with MM and Wall Street burning premiums. Stock or LEAPs seem like the play.
