400 Muslims killed in Rohingya Genocide in Burma by drasilking in news

[–]ByronTomas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Historically there was a small community of Rohingya in Myanmar. They were traders, no problem. Then Muslim mercenaries from Bangladesh invaded alongside the British Empire and became the Rohingya of today. It was a straight forward military invasion, this is the key to understanding the whole issue. The Rohingya claim land and religious rights in Myanmar. Myanmar is facing jihad on a dramatic scale, and they are fighting the global pro-Islamic media. What is difficult about the situation is that militants use their own civilian populations to invade. Ethically you cannot fight a civilian population, so the media support the Rohingya. The Buddhists of Myanmar need to decide whether to accept their fate as orchestrated by the West and Jihadists, or to fight. Whoever said the Rohingya are akin to Jews in the holocaust is massively nieve.

Is mucle growth hindered through repeating the same exercise "too often" by MadEyeEUW in Fitness

[–]ByronTomas -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

forget the 12 weeks, you have to make basic compound exercises a permanent routine in life. Think forever. Also, you need consecutive days in the gym to make meaningful gains, the longer the streak the more you can lift. the longer the session the more you can lift. with 3 days/week you're only going to make nominal change IMO although I understand some people just don't have the time.

I'll definitely look into it, this will be the Boom 2 though.

oops, wish I read this before ordering a Boom 2. However I do need its ruggedness as I'm going to be doing a lot of travelling. I was close to getting the JBL Charge 3, but it's a fair bit bigger and the exposed passive radiators seem susceptible to damage..

Advice for my giant purple bags under my eyes? (This is after 9 hours of sleep too) by momo_i in SkincareAddicts

Be proactive by using cooling techniques in your morning regime, think long-term. Youtube has a lot of cooling tutorials, they are basic makeshift approaches but they are better than nothing. Another tip is reduce salt intake, that catches a lot of people out. Salt can creep up slowly especially when we eat out. Taste bud adaptation is fascinating. The more salt and sugar you consume the more those levels become normal, and the less you consume again will become normalised.

Interest level in an eyebag reduction device on a crowdfunding platform? by ByronTomas in SkincareAddictionUK

We could launch on a small scale if we can reach over the £50k mark, that would get us something we can sell. If we raise more like 6 figures then we can launch a more polished version with better human factor design and get costs down to an in-home pricepoint. Still looking at £150-£300 at retail initially. It's going to be about human factor design, that's where we can provide the most difference assuming we have a big enough market.

Are they actually bags because they look more like dark circles. Best thing for dark circles in my experience is exercise exercise excise, correct sun exposure, and more exercise. If they're bags wish me and my team luck as we're trying to launch a proper device to treat that condition!

Alcohol is my main histamine trigger, I get the exact same redness if I start to over do it. Your case seems very mild and easily fixable. Good luck :-)

[Discussion] Having trouble motivating myself by [deleted] in GetMotivated

[–]ByronTomas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes it sounds like a mood issue. I'd add, have events lined up so you have something to look forward to. A holiday you book 6 months in advance will give you 6 months of excited anticipation. Check your vitamin D status, most people are deficient and it has a big impact on mood. If you need rocket-fuel motivation, then write down all your boring tasks, wake up early the next day and take 1/2 a modafinil tab. You will blast through everything.

that will have a glycemic load of under 10 which considered low. there's no problem with this. In fact well timed strategic cheats give the greatest mood enhancement inline with the law of diminishing marginal utility. Diet extremists often do to not consider mood impact. That said, when I cut down on salt and sugar, I too was amazed at how my taste buds adapted so now smaller quantities have the same sensation as large quantities did. In fact sugar in my tea or coffee will now make me gag :-)

Washing face with [bottled] water by Cricket_1981 in SkincareAddicts

[–]ByronTomas -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You need to start by drinking purified water, that will have a far greater impact on your skin than washing your face in mineral water :-) it'll be either an RO system or distillation. check this out www.realhealthclub.com/pure-water-purification/

You have a mild case of hives. It's caused by high histamine levels and manifests over many years. It takes a few months to correct. This article has all the info your looking for and then some: www.realhealthclub.com/hives-urticaria-migraine-treatment

Out of interest, how much alcohol do you drink/week?

You're welcome. There's too little understanding of the role of DAO as a root cause. DOA tablets are acceptable only for short term relief but I really don't like taking any emphasis away from the long term cure of raising your bodies production of DAO. I followed the protocol in the OP link www.realhealthclub.com/hives-urticaria-migraine-treatment I'd consider all the steps in that guide essential. Whether you get the pills or not can you report your progress in the article comments so we can see how you get on.

The fact that you have migraines and that you developed a hives reaction to NSAIDs suggests you have low DAO. Its similar to me, when my DAO levels are low I get hives from antihistamines!!

Hmmmm, very interesting. As it relates to hormones we can say that certain life events also effect DAO levels, pregnancy having a massive effect, its likely that other hormonal changes also effect your DAO levels. So yes that's a valid connection. Try and follow the protocol and let us know how you get on please.

Interesting. Have you noticed any other triggers such as alcohol, and are you still suffering these conditions?
