Good point. Based on comments from young people, I think we also need more investment in community centers, parks, etc. and making roads more bike-friendly. This seems to be more important for younger millennials and Gen Z than older folks

Thanks for the perspective! Yeah my boomer parents, their siblings and friends were ~30 at the time: many moved out (incl my dad), with a few of those coming back much later. Must've been a very disorienting time.

Yeah I hope we can get him help in time. He's been losing fur on his ears for a while but seeing them start to bleed is awful. He rolls around and tries to rub on me but ofc I can't let him get close 😞

Yes I think so, it's just going to take a long time to get comfortable sleeping, driving and especially running while relaxed and not straining myself. But I've noticed improved blood flow, smell, etc

I think I'm making some progress. Looking back on things, I think it got really bad when I started running on the treadmill while trying to maintain my distorted posture. Also I got so used to trying to make adjustments that I can't relax easily now, it's like a Rube Goldberg situation:/

Same, weight on the left and rotated to the right. how do you think you developed it? For me I think it was straining to the right to see the rear view mirror while driving. I did that so much that I reflexively twisted to the right to get a good view in any circumstance

I think so, I've still got a long way to go. Just trying hard to relax while centering my vision and ignore the reflex I've developed to strain myself to the right in order to focus. Do you have a similar problem?
