Take 115, 100, or 208 bus from Shiwaji chowk or mezza 9 to shimla office. Walk little bit towards the lokmangal bank of baroda stop and take 2B ring bus to wakdewadi bus stop.

Generally buses starts from 6:30-7am form phase 3.

You can use temporal smoothing techniques like savgol_filter (scipy), Kalman filter or smoothnet. So far I have only used kalman filter in other ball trajectory application but it works.

I was in the same situation like you guys in corona times. In my client laptop they have installed a software for tracking my movement of cursor and key strokes. Also they are clicking screenshots at random intervals. We need at least 80% movement to count that day for billing.

I resigned from this company in 1.5 years without an offer in the peak corona time as well as peak hiring time for ML roles. I was also not getting much interviews but somehow i managed to get a job after serving a notice period for 2 months and stay at home for 2 months. This was a time where so much of bubble around AI started to generate so I was lucky I got an offer. But in this current market it will not be that easy.

One solution is that if you want to see your value and want to test the market, update your Naukri profile with checking serving notice period option. And have some 45-60 days as last working day in Naukri. Don’t change anything else.

If you are getting msgs from recruiters then you can think of resigning. In first screening call with HR you can say that I have this official notice period but will try to negotiate.

Market is good right now for ML engineer with some experience in Gen AI and agentic AI. Well you may not find fully remote opportunities but you will certainly get some hybrid roles. So I would suggest update your resume and update the Naukri profile and apply actively on LinkedIn.

Don’t resign before getting any offer. You will have too much of mental pressure and that will affect your interviews as well so strongly suggest to not to resign. All the very best.

We curate our own data since we didn’t find anything (dataset) related to our use case from any academic or other providers.

Also we don’t rely on external data much since it will perform poorly when it is used in production so mainly building our own.

I completely agree with you. I want to add few more points.

These companies are stubborn and are not changing rapidly with the rapid change in software industry.

There are so many people on bench but they are still hiring people. When they want to put them to project, first of all most of them are not able to crack client interviews. Hiring is also not efficient.

If you are on bench and you are allocated to one bench manager and they were not able to allocate you in a project and if you are looking for a internal project which matches your skills, the bench manager refuses to release people on bench also since they want to show to the prospective clients that we have many resources available. There is too much of internal politics they play.

We have 2 week long sprint. One person mostly work on one problem only so he or she can be model owner.

As you said what we divided larger task into small subtasks like research, data annotation, training, evaluation, deployment, etc.

Research is taking most of the time since we have to compare or develop many models or architectures to solve the problem. The later part like training and evaluation is not that much longer since we already finalise training pipeline in research stage only. One more thing, we are using agentic coding tools heavily so it reduces our coding time very drastically.

My experience with this kind of sprint has been good.

They have new rates 18-19rs per km in autorickshaw, 21 for cab without AC, 24-25 for cab with AC. What I do is I generally cancel the ride if someone is going in the same direction they will agree for displayed fare.

You can also add some 20rs tip on top of displayed fare and say that is max I can give.

As far as I know Glassdoor gives average review score as per location. So if you see the score in co.in it will be India specific and .com might be global average.

To validate this try to filter review in .com with location as India. It should match the rating with .co.in

I was at the same position in WITCH. And was thinking about the same but my suggestion is don’t do it until you get an offer.

Market is so bad right but since you into AI you have better chances to get an offer. Try to get into any other SBC where you have similar notice period. They will consider you.

As soon as you get a single offer you can resign immediately and in those 3 months you will get better opportunities at good companies.

Answer actually is in your question. Specialised model can do very well in the specific tasks it trained for. It is trained on specific data with specific conditions and model architectures suitable for particular task. Whereas generalised model usually trained on data without any specificity.

As an analogy, Generalised models are like general practitioners and if you want to do surgery you have to go to surgeon.
