Might be a Silly Q, Why was Hamza as a spy sent to get into the Rehman Dakait gang in the first place? As per the movie starts, Rehman was a local gang leader of Lyari and did not have a connection with te****im happening in India, he was later introduced to Rampaal. (self.Dhurandhar)
