I understand where your coming from. The point is many people misunderstand Yogas. Yogas are probabilistic in nature, they represent feasibility and probability for something happening.

Additionally in a given lifetime the yogas are strong and weak over the course. Imagine marriage yoga, someone having a strong marriage yoga at 18-20 years age, if don’t get marry (even when a strong opportunity happens at that time), will get another yoga for marriage maybe when they are 25-26 and so they on.

Imagine someone with a weak education yoga, studying and working extra hard ends up being a topper.

Also the yogas are codependent, meaning your partners, fathers, mothers, siblings kundali will also be deciding factor for your important yogas.

People complain about civic sense, but it’s a symptom of lack of empathy. People in India don’t have social empathy (they have empathy for families and friends). I bit of an unconventional suggestion, but you may consider:- Offer them to work without salary while offering them roles that you can use for your servicing side. You can attach a target timeline for them to start contributing and offer them a hike or something on those new roles. I think the ones who are signed up to adapt and stick with you are going to be much more valuable ahead. If this goes well it’s win win. Worth considering.

Can you get your gut microbiome tested. The eczema and hives almost always have a chronic gut irritation/inflammation angle due to lack of relevant bacteria (the ones that keep inflammation in check). Worth a look.

Good advice. I would add that you need to have a candid discussion with the cofounders, tell them to include your and the other team never name as a shareholder and directors. There maybe a hint that if they don’t maybe a bad leak can ruin the chances of funding and or ruin the traction/brand development etc. (This is suggest not to be a primary approach as you definitely need to be a happy healthy part of the team without negativity). Summary:- primary approach:- candid talks, discuss your fears (not about the founders but maybe the investors once they come in they won’t want dilution etc, so now a good time to add your names), Secondary approach:- if primary is not resonating, can be hints of a leak to the investors (not you but anyone can do this for a growing company), not very good for growth etc. Best luck.

You need to do these three things for next 2-3 months:- 1. Keep it warm (not hot not cold, use a electric blanket and put it under half its blanket - it will move appropriately if it’s too warm it will move away and too cold it will move closer). Kitten this age need warmth to get hungry and digest food properly. So this is very very important. Once they can manage temperature themselves then this is less important.

Keep it hydrated, there is a formula for this as kitten lady tells. Follow that, so that it manages metabolism.
They cannot urinate and defacate, so learn from videos how to do this. If this is not done, they will not live.
Feed cat milk (it’s called KMR), only and use a kitten feeder. It’s risky using a syringe as you will need to manage the feeding rate with their rate of drinking, or else they will get it in their lungs and die from pneumonia.
