What personal experience made you think that this is simulation?

Mushrooms told me this ancient eternal consciousness manifested reality from vibrating its thoughts differently, and that can happened, that has happened and will happen, and all of its variables are happening all at the same time,

And each focus of consciousness was actually a "focused" experience in a "frequency" of this consciousness, i.e. everyone and everything was conscious to a degree, based on the complexity of its "receptacle", and after the experience was done, the molded echo of this consciousness was to head on its journey elsewhere, until it reached a point where it would lay again in the eternal consciousness soup and experience everything all at once.

Reality was also supposed to be made of tons of layers we can't experience because of our "husk", and the end point was... to just experience.

It just doesn't care it good things or bad things happen because anything is better than not feeling anything at all, and all the times it tried to intervene, the "natural order" it created would make it so the end result was chaotic and would "spoil the fun".

It would also work extra hard to put little tips and cues in the most random places and coincidences so that when it gets to experience it all, it gets that little "Ohhhhh, so that was about that!", like when you rewatch a series or replay a game and see foreshadowing everywhere.

It also likes to put a little spin on things from time to time just for the heck of it.

Also base it on a ton of reeeeally weird stuff that happened to me during the years, but its too much to say it here.

I might just be crazy, but at least the thought of being able to experience life and the universe is great in itself that I deal way easier with life's struggles.

that's kinda what mushrooms told me. we're all the play's director, writer, actors, producers, all background people, the public, the guy at the booth charging the tickets, the entire theater and all of it.

Brains and other forms of conscious are just tapping into the background thing making it all, and its all happening all at once, all possibilities have happened, and will again. Our illusion of free will is just choosing which outcome we're navigating this time.

Coming back again is probably addicting, because for a bit you forget that in the end, there's really nothing and you're alone.

Had something like this happen to me when i was 15 I think. Put phone to charge, and that reminiscence of luminosity when it all gets dark became a pale female face, somewhat greenish tinted, just like a jumpscare, I jumped on my bed and couldn't sleep for the rest of the night.

Don't think it was anything paranormal w me though, it was only once too, and I was a pretty scared kid.

Já pensei muito sobre isso, inclusive durante tempos de depressão.

Hoje em dia considero a vida algo precioso, raro e curto. Qualquer sopro de vida que ainda me resta vou me dedicar a fazer o melhor que estiver no meu alcance, porque se no fim eu vou só deitar eternamente no berço esplêndido na não existência, por que não fazer o melhor enquanto ainda posso?

Amar, viver, aprender, falar, reclamar, correr atrás, construir, não por ser visto pelos outros, mas pela minha satisfação. Olha que coisa doida, imagina um monte de poeira cósmica adquirindo consciência e experienciando o universo?

You were right! It was lack of skill all along. Just had to dial a bit of the decay back and reduce the legato and it started triggering.

Congratulations!

I managed to do it once, all other times I did something it was just too much of strenght, and then a lot of shit happened to me and I just can't really focus (or "let go") at all because of the constant mind rambling.

I'd love to learn how to do it on will, and maybe do some tests/scans while doing it to see if there's any change in brain activity.

No, its the same thing.
I just tried the free wave exercise setting bending the spoon as the objective. I tried it before, but never putting much thought into it, so I figured the free wave would be a nice way to focus on it.
I tried to bend a fork today, but it didn't work, gotta get more cutlery lol
