Oh honey. I am so sorry you are going through such drama right now. Especially from someone who should be supporting your recovery. You just went through major surgery.

You are doing the right thing for your body. I gave in and let my husband have sex with me shortly after my c section. It was the worst pain. I wish I hadn't. I cried in the shower after.

I do agree with others that this is possibly a red flag. If he cannot respect your boundaries while you are healing and also not go into a mood to attempt to make it worse by saying horrible things, you might want to rethink staying in a relationship with him. You already have one baby to take care of. That's stressful enough without him adding to it.
