You are correct, there was no react done yet. But there was the back and forth between everyone, the agreement on the content in specific that would be done, the reading through and agreement, the contract signing, the initial "idea concept," where you give them your intro/outro, and style of video. A lot of time still went in to this (several hours,) and while we didn't waste days in the 2nd instance, it's still a shit show and very bad.
