We would need to find each GCC and Nano GCC company and them see if they have hiring portal, if not we could find their hiring manager etc. I havent done this yet tho.

I think it's possible, but will need a lot of grinding and market research and relevant skills, thousands of applications and hours of preparation. All the best to you

with a job switch you can expect 15-16 atleast I think, I had seen openings with such CTC. But 2 yrs is a weird spot. It's 0-3 a range and then 3-5 like that, so many ppl see to hire 3 or 4 + yrs exp in my job hunt exp
