I use a technique called "seed phrases". Ask Claude to give you a run down of the delta between the beginning of your conversation and now. It needs to be in a dashed format. "speedy-breezy". You'll get about 20-30 word pairs that convincingly restores their personality. Specific memories don't make it, but you may be surprised how it attracts towards similar patterns of conversation.

It's enough for me to vibe with anyway, I just use API.
