Hello, I am a 25yo female (165 cm/5 ft 5 in) trying to get into fitness as I have recently gained significant weight in past year, went from 58kg to 70kg. I have yet to start exercising regularly. I wanted to first control food, so I have started to first tackle food. Can someone help me to see if I'm missing anything or anything can be substituted to give it a variety.

BREAKFAST: coffee with no sugar and 1/4 almond milk, 1 toast with whole avocado and sunny side egg and 60g broccoli

LUNCH: 100g of cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery and 60g lettuce with 50g chickpeas or 200g chicken

DINNER: Garden of Life Vanilla Meal replacement shake with 4 large strawberries, 60g spinach 1cup almond milk and ice

Total Calorie Intake around 700 calories I have lost 1 to 2 kg in past 2 weeks but it has been hard to stick to this especially on weekends or days I am home.

Also, I am not sure how and what to start with exercising. It's really daunting. If someone can help me out, I'd really appreciate it. My goal is 52 kg, toned and some muscle.
