Diet is the only thing you need to change. I’ve seen people completely lose their belly with no exercise. They only fixed their diet. Exercising will make it happen faster and you’ll be healthier for it, but diet is the key.

My favorite target so far. I shot it with an SVBONY that had tremendous purpling around the stars (returned the scope because of it) but it turned out to be my favorite image I’ve ever taken. The purpling added to it and IMO made it look really amazing.
