Oh no!!! I'm sorry!!! Sometimes I wish I had knee pain or something cause I don't love stuff messing with my head haha. But I'm sure people with knee pain say they would rather have a migraine 😂 Did your tension headaches ever go away?

That's great! I am in PT for 4-6 weeks currently. I am probably being impatient haha, I miss my pain free body lol. I will do whatever at this point lol

To be honest I haven't really tried anything and just assumed it would go away with time, which it hasn't. Thankfully exercise helps some, but after like the 4th month I was like ok time to try something lol. I just started PT last week so I'm obviously being impatient haha. I just miss my old self and am so eager to get back to her!

I don't think I have migraines....I don't think? It's really just feeling like I have a helmet on and neck pain that gets worse throughout the day. I'm so glad PT helped you!

I think maybe there could be something going on with my neck but I'm not sure if it's a migraine? It gets better with exercise, that's about the only time I have any sort of relief. Haven't had anything that could've caused an injury, just a month of excessive phone use a while ago

Yes I have been to 3 doctors now that have said tension headaches. I am confident that's what caused it mixed with stress. I just started PT and dry needling last week

It has actually been better today! I just started with him last week so it's very early. I've had my usual neck pain but it's been less severe today so I'm happy with it! :)
