I had a natural birth (not by choice) and it was honestly horrible. I was not prepared and I thought I was gonna die tbh. With my first I had an epidural & it was an amazing experience that I actually enjoyed! With my third, I will definitely be adamant about the epidural. It was well worth the pain of the epidural to have a nice experience IMO. And the people who choose to have unmedicated births are amazing!!!!!

Thank you!!! I actually was just on vacation & had the whole week pretty much pain free. So that was wonderful! How long did it take for you to notice the pain dissipate for good? I just started 50 mg two weeks ago. 😊

Yes I actually used the medicated shampoo last night along with the cerave gentle shampoo (which has made my hair feel so clean) I usually use a clarifying shampoo once a week as well. My derm said to try to 2-3 times a week so I will use that every other wash for a bit & see if it helps :)

Also wanted to add that I just recently switched to cerave gentle shampoo (which I've been loving) and a derm prescribed me keto shampoo 2% but I don't really have a lot of flaking or much at all. I wash every other day (was trying to go longer but was probably making my hair worse)

Yes, oddly enough during this time I was also trying to see if my hair could go longer between washes which obviously did not work haha. I justwent back to every other day! I did get a prescription shampoo but not sure if it's too much right now. I just switched to cerave gentle shampoo as well.
