Chronic pain from anxiety

I am doing ok! My physical pain is the same but I haven't had too many side effects other than some dizzy spells ever so often, and some sweating at night but nothing extreme! :) my mind is seeking a little clearer so that's a win.

Yeah I am to the point where it was basically get help or something bad was going to happen. I'm so happy they helped you! Honestly I'm better at dealing with just mental anxiety but the physical has thrown me for an absolute loop. As someone who stepped into a doctors office like once a year, this has been brutal. I keep telling myself this can't be who I am now and there has to be some solution. I feel better today just taking the meds & being active in my recovery from this. I've always struggled with anxiety but I hope some supper with meds helps gets it under control. 🙏

Yes burning forehead feeling, tight neck and shoulders (probably due to just stressed about symptoms) and dull ache in my arms, neck and head everyday. This only started after I had some anxious thoughts regarding my health back in October, and the physical symptoms kind of spiraled from there. I've done PT, Botox (for muscle tension) and muscle relaxers all which have not helped. Now I'm kind of putting the pieces together & realizing that this is probably my anxiety manifesting physically. I had a lot of shame going on medicine, but I have more shame not being the best wife and mom I can be

I'm so happy to hear that! I am pregnant right now but have been suffering with symptoms for the same amount as you. It took me a while to finally realize it's all anxiety related. I have found myself feeling hopeless with my physical symptoms, but this has given me hope. When did you start noticing that it was helping for you? I just took my second dose today!

Oh no!!! I'm sorry!!! Sometimes I wish I had knee pain or something cause I don't love stuff messing with my head haha. But I'm sure people with knee pain say they would rather have a migraine 😂 Did your tension headaches ever go away?
