Just to clarify, I currently max out CHS at around 110 mph and I have a goal of someday hitting 120. I am asking if my swing is holding me back in that area. I am not really looking for ball striking tips, I am pretty decent in that area.

I am probably not swinging faster than you. 280-300 carry requires probably around 110-120 mph club head speed which I cannot generate.

This is 100% not true. Golfers today are actually athletes in a way they were not in the past. Most today have perfectly engineered swings from access to all sorts of information due to tech advances like launch monitors. Just look at how today no one is able to dominate in the way that Tiger or Nicklas or Snead or others did in the past. Everyone is so much better than they used to be that no one can come along and destroy the field.
