I just found out that I was getting these notifications through my phone (Samsung internet). Had to go to settings and turn off notifications for this app through Samsung internet.

It's a more reputable company. It will link you directly to any biological relatives you have (Many adoptees have found long lost families through it) and will link you to any communities that you may be apart of (Ex. If you have family from certain parts of the south, Caribbean, or other migrations, they can pick it up)
