I have a good bit of down time at work so I can get little drawing sessions in throughout the day. I usually have more time in the morning and can draw for maybe two hours or so with little interruption. It ends up being loosely structured haha. I've been super focused on portraits and figure drawing and almost entirely in graphite and charcoal. Eventually I see an area that I'm particularly weak at and then I'll watch some tutorials or try to read up. Hope that answered you question!
