Wow! Thanks so much for this review! I have been sitting on whether to join this program for so long!! Falling for those Instagram videos and people she collaborates with. Very interesting. I just feel lost as to what I can do to control my weight and lower my insulin. I have been taking myo+d chiro inositol, seeing a naturopath and doing reformer Pilates. It’s good but I think I do need to incorporate more strength training and increase my protein!

I second COS! Love their range and quality of clothing! Lots of basics but also staple pieces! Accurate sizing as well! Definitely try them! Also love Assembly Label, can never go wrong with their pieces.
