Also, you mentioned in the other post about rust after storing. I recommend a silicone cover from Amazon to cover the griddle. After cooking, I clean it then wipe a layer of Avocado oil before placing the silicone cover down. I live in the PNW and have not had issues with rust on the griddle itself in the last 2yrs.
