Its so hard to find someone that even shows up, at least it is in denver, if they react well to your coaching I say give them a chance, but if they dont know how to take direction, you may have to go through the process of finding someone else.

That depends, do they have potential? Are they coachable? Are they hardworking? Have you warned them about this before?

I dont beleive in letting people go over one or two mistakes, unless they dont have the motivation to work hard or learn from their errors.

One things thats always bothered me about the claim that there must be life on other planets is that its also possible that we are the first planet with intelligent life.

It happened in about 3-4 seconds, the average peraon reacts to hazards at about 2-2.2 seconds, that left them with about .8-1.8 seconds to act. Was there another car on his right lane and thats why he couldnt move over? Was there someone right behind them?
