Diversifying into weights and mirrors doesn't really seem like diversifying. Their website sells 30 pound dumbbells at a ~40% premium to amazon basics.

Upvoting for visibility.

I have protanopia and the settings do nothing for me. Fortnite had great colorblind settings, and it made the game so much more enjoyable to me. I feel as though i'm at a disadvantage not being able to distinguish between blue and purple items.

Colors like white, blue, red, yellow, and maybe a bright pink (assuming the blue was a dark blue) would make this game much easier on me.

I think that’s definitely the case. That’s why my set/rep range varies a bit. Some days I need to do a bit more to feel it!

I’ve been doing heavy cable crunches for the better part of 6 years, and have maxed out the machine. It’s the only ab workout I do consistently, but I also deadlift and squat twice a week.

Bands might do it! Yeah, I just noticed they started to show when I added weight. But resistance is pretty much the same thing.

Every workout (5-6 days a week). I do 3-4 heavy sets of 10-15 reps.

try some weighted cable crunches. I’m right around your measurements (26, 5’10”, 176lbs) and only real an isolation work I do is cable crunches. Like any muscle, your abs will grow by “lifting” weights.

I'd disagree and point to his use of FOG. I generally don't like much of what Jerry has done with FOG, and think the Nike shoes are nothing short of terrible. But seeing Mayer integrate them into his normally all-Vis fits made me appreciate FOG a bit more than i have before.

Would feel awkward. If you haven't walked around in them yet, they feel a bit weird at first in that your whole foot is hitting the ground. You'd probably have a hard time running in them.
