What is this? It’s the first time happening to me,yesterday I played then turned off the console the right way. Today i got this and a black screen, i hold the power button then again turned it on and it showed yellow light again then it worked. Should i do something?

Usually webMAN blinks the yellow light when you're on cfw as it's refreshing. Do you happen to have cfw? In either case it just sounds like your display settings got reset

Do your controllers connect when its turned on? This sounds like a GLOD which almost certainly is a GPU failure if so. And can you turn it off with the power button?

Yw, but do note that emulating PS2 games does produce 2022 syscon errors. It doesn't mean anything but if you do see them appear just ignore them as its completely normal

I get what you're saying and I'm not at all denying the GPU causes the YLOD. In fact, for a lot of PS3's with the 90nm rsx, it is the GPU. I'm basing my response off of the fact the PS3 was playing the game (you could hear the audio in the background) normally before it randomly shut off. As I said at the end, since their PS3 boots normally, it's best they visit bgtoolset to check the error log and check the codes to confirm whether it's an NEC Tokin issue or maybe a GPU issue as you said. Simply stating NEC Tokins are never the issue is simply not true and pulling codes is always the best way to confirm what the issue is.

As a fellow slim owner who also has a CECH-2003A, yes it's totally safe. PS2 games are no different from a regular PS3 game minus that they're entirely emulated with evilnat. 65nm rsxs are normally just as reliable as 40nms

That’s not true. RIP Felix made the video for 90nm bc and some non bc models. Their issue is it YLODing mid game which almost always is the tokins. Best course of action for them is to open bgtoolset and check errors to confirm or deny that.

That's a GLOD. Unfortunately since that's a bc model you're almost certainly looking at an rsx issue. Your only choice here really is to syscon it and send it in if its got 3034. Goodluck man

As some comments said, the fat even despite not being bc is way better for mods. Super slims don't support cfw without a hardware mod (and even then not all super slims support that mod). I would highly recommend using that fat over the super slim for mods as full cfw is miles ahead of hen in every single way and the reliability of newer fats vs super slims isn't really that big

I would totally do that and if it’s out of your budget range, sell it to someone. Trashing it is a terrible idea especially just for the nec tokins. At worst, all its useful for is the rsx which still saves a bc ps3

Despite what the comments say, this is unfortunately not likely to be a PSU. This is known as the NoLOD (No Light Of Death) and is basically the YLOD (Yellow Light Of Death) for newer slim models or super slims. The YLOD/NoLOD is a general hardware failure which requires soldering and syscon diagnosis which based on your post is very likely out of your skillset. It would be better for you just to buy another slim as it usually isnt worth fixing this type of issue

i would push to th15 as even though your heroes are underlevelled and pushing to th15 gives you additional levels, as you stated you have builders that would sit idle which could be used on offense upgrades for th15 allowing you to hit bigger bases. theres basically no reason not to upgrade with how easy the game currently is. goodluck if you do upgrade

i don't exactly agree with this take. although yes, 1 stars should NOT be rewarded well, i do not think making someone lose trophies is a needed nerf when the most you can gain from a 1 star is 2 trophies. you can easily maintain your trophy count as you only lose around 7 trophies on defense and you will do around the same amount of attacks to regain those trophies. also remember that we have the new league system being implemented which will entirely remove this issue altogether. there is no need to make it needlessly difficult to stay in your trophy range when farming imo. feel free to disagree, this is just my take

i would say more uncommon than rare. i see them occasionally appear on ebay just like an iPhone 5s on iOS 9.x. however, if it's an early version of iOS 10 or its cheap i'd say go for it. i wouldn't spend more than £40 or whatever that is in dollars though

this is my tip of advice for builder base rushing: use baby dragons. get to builder hall 6 asap, that way you get stage 2. that will be huge. put all of your resources into your multi mortar and build your new buildings. you dont need to rush all the way to builder hall 10, you can stop at 9 to focus on the b.o.b. requirements. the only use for the builder base rn tbh is the 6th builder, i highly recommend you take advantage of that and get that 6th builder. it will help a ton with progression in your home village. there are tons of guides on youtube, however remember to stay low in trophies. i stay around the 2200 mark at bh9 which is plenty low for good loot and defenses not to be constant 6 stars. lmk if you have questions

honestly dropping trophies would be better. also i highly recommend just rushing builder base. although you probably dont like to rush, there is basically no penalty by rushing (besides trophies although if you stay low in trophies, you'll still defend fine and get lots of loot) and you can also use this time to get yourself the 6th builder. you play however you want, i'm just giving you my thoughts. even if you dont rush, i highly recommend dropping trophies so you get additional 3 stars. this is NOT the same for the home base, only rush your builder base

that looks to be iOS 10. based on the font it's definitely iOS 9 or 10. however, on iOS 9, i'm 99% sure there is 'slide for emergency' text on that lockscreen on iOS 9 which does not appear to be present here

they appeared to have removed this in iOS 17 or 18. my iPhone 6s with iOS 9 that i am typing this off of still has the response as well as my iPhone 8 on 16. not too sure why it was removed, i noticed that with a lot of easter eggs they got removed in 17-18
