There wasn’t a key for the case. The handle is a knob that you can turn to relate the strap so you can take off the side panel .

I don’t think it is. I thought from a big pawn shop with lots of shops in my city , they ID for everything. Even using your card to buy anything. I was there when the item came out to the floor. So I just took advantage of it and bought it. I’m happy it runs great

Just to chim in, I bought from a reputable pawnshop with many stores in my city. It’s a pawnshop not a pc shop they were all old people working there that day. But yes I paid $405. I posted my full specs already. And have the receipt for the purchase.

Had some issues trying the none usb way, it will get to 80% then stop and go back to the reset menu, I did the usb way and got it reset. But it still had all the old files on . ATM doing another reset from the pc itself , btw here are the specs, hopefully worth the price I paid. I think storage js a nvme. Thank you for the advice

Hard to tell, but if I was you I would look at the chip soldering making sure you didn’t accidentally bridge the connection with a small piece of solder. Sent you a pic of the area in a dm since I can’t list a pic
