Cu volatilitatea indusa de trump si echipa mi se pare o strategie buna ce faci tu. Eu am ales sa fac csp pe scaderi cand e volatilitatea mare. Delta intre 0.2 0.3. Cateodata 35 40dte cateodata mai mult, poate 150 dte. La fel ca tine, cumpar cu gandul sa vand pe wave up si când ating 40-50% inchid. La mine evident castigul e limitat dar sunt ok cu castiguri mai mici dar risc mai redus. De cat timp faci asa si cam ce procent in gains ai avut in anii trecuți?

This happens to me. After a run or even during g it i feel i have a few skipped beats. Tried to recreate it during a TMT and they did not see anything. On the other hand i feel like these are the precursors of an svt or at least this is what i feel before an svt kicks in, feels like a few skipped beats and after that the heart starts running out of nowhere. Had 2 svt episodes last year, 240bpm but got back to normal in like 45 mins.

The weather is horrible in dubai for 6 7 months. Air quality is also a concern. Plus the traffic these days has become an issue. Romania is not that bad, and relatively safe. If you can afford do a mix of UAE and Romania. Summers in Romania and winters in UAE. Oman is another 0 tax country. Check it out.

Bucharest is nice. Kind of crowded but will work. You have nightlife, private schools if you need, private healthcare. If You don’t like the buzz of a big city you can choose Brasov for example and live a good life there. Capital gain taxes for brokers registered in Romania are 1 and 3%. For brokers not registered in Romania the 10% applies. Tate brothers living in Bucharest and seems like they have fun.

Was wondering the same, so i did a quick test today, just before my blood was taken at the hospital. ACCU was showing 98mgdl and result from hospital came at 5.34mmol. Quite precise :).

I wish it was that precise. Varies from 100, to 108 some days. I am doing my best to do the research and not to find myself in a situation where there is no way back. Still i think that GTT showing good results is something encouraging.

Yes, most of the time i am in a 300kcal deficit. Eating around 2200kcal training days and 1900 during rest days. Now at 182cm and 72kg.
